Our Team

Lyons Café and Bakeshop on Quay St, in the centre of Sligo town, is run by owner Gary Stafford. Having been in Sligo for more than a decade, we have extended our range of products and services to a cookbook, a chutney range, catering services and a bakery on our ground floor premises. We believe that Sligo is a real food capital of the West and a restaurant destination. We want to help forward this through our consistent high quality products and services that help showcase everything Sligo has to offer.

Albert Stoller

Born in Brooklyn in 1960, Albert worked in restaurants and as a caterer for years before starting his own business. He and her wife Jane launched a gourmet foods and sandwich shop in 2008. While economic difficulties led them to close that shop, the pair spun off their popular BBQ meat into its own business.
